Crowe Claims Service

All claims are processed in-house by our specialized team, lead by Sarah Lake our Claims Manager.

On receipt of a notification of loss, the Crowe Livestock claims team will acknowledge the receipt of your claim normally within 2 working days. We will provide a claim number and request all documents we need. If it is considered necessary, a loss adjuster may be appointed.

On receipt of all necessary documents a claim will be assessed as quickly and efficiently as possible. However the quality of the information provided would aid the assessment of a claim and dramatically increase the speed at which a decision is made.

It is recommended that the insured party read the policy documents clearly and understands what is expected of them in the event of a potential loss (illness or accident of an animal) or claim (death of an animal). There are occasions whereby underwriters will appoint a specialist consultant to represent them when an animal is ill.
